Salon Policy

1. Booking Fee and Reservations:
To secure your appointments, we require a non-refundable booking fee. Appointments without a deposit will automatically be lost, and we do not reserve or hold slots without this fee.


2. Top Ups and Results:
Please note that Top Ups are not included in the treatment price. They are mandatory to achieve optimal results, as permanent make up is a two-appointment process. We cannot guarantee results after just one session, as the first session helps us understand how your skin reacts to the treatment.


3. Skin Reactions and Guarantees:
Results from permanent make-up cannot be guaranteed, as individual skin reactions and healing processes may vary. The first session serves as a foundation, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.


4. Suitability for Microblading:
Microblading may not be suitable for certain individuals with oily, damaged, mature, acne-prone, or problematic skin. In such cases, we recommend shading/ombre techniques for better results.

Microblading, including Microblading and Shading, may not guarantee long-lasting results as individual strokes may fade over time, potentially leading to unevenness. For an enduringly fuller and evenly defined appearance, ombre brows are the sole treatment that guarantees consistent healing and long-term results.


5. Additional Top Ups:
Clients with oily, tough, damaged, or darker skin, as well as those with an active lifestyle or using retinols and chemical skincare products, may require additional top ups. Normal top-up fees apply.


6. Previous Permanent Makeup:

We do not perform microblading strokes on clients who have had previous permanent makeup, even if it has faded or been lasered. We only offer powder brows in such cases.


7. Corrections and Clear Photos:
For clients with previous permanent makeup, we can do an ombre powder brow correction. However, please ensure you send clear photos before booking, as some pigments may not be workable. Failure to do so may result in appointment refusal, and the booking fee will be lost.


8. Extra Charges for Corrections:
Corrections involving old eyebrow tattoos or permanent makeup may incur additional charges, depending on the fading of the previous work.


9. Refunds and Customer Satisfaction:
All treatments are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with our treatments, please notify us within 72 hours. We are committed to providing a fix or correction; however, with permanent make up, we can only address issues after the initial treatment and top-up are completed and healed. A fault on our side will result in a redo or correction, while problematic skin may require multiple touch-up sessions.


10. Health Information:
To ensure a safe and satisfactory experience, please inform our specialists of any allergies, physical issues, medications, or pregnancy before the treatment.

11. Media Usage:
Videos and photos may be taken for advertising and insurance purposes with your consent.


12. Suitability of Permanent Make Up:
Please research and understand that Permanent Make Up may not be suitable for everyone, as individual healing processes can vary. We do not offer refunds.


13. Patch Test Responsibility:
You are responsible for ensuring you do your patch test on time. If the patch test is not received 48 hours before your appointment, please pick one up at the salon. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling and loss of the booking fee.


14. After Care Compliance:
Failure to follow aftercare instructions, whether accidental or intentional, may result in a top-up fee if you wish to fix or touch up your brows.


15. Adult-Only Policy:
For safety reasons, our salon maintains an adult-only policy. No children or additional persons are allowed under any circumstances.

Under certain circumstances, we may refuse service if a client falls under the following criteria:
- Age restrictions for specific services (e.g., under 16)
- Health issues that may affect or be affected by the service
- Intentionally withholding important information relevant to the treatment
- Repeatedly missing appointments or late cancellations (see "No-show" and "Late Cancellation" sections in the policy)
- Rude, disrespectful, or improper behaviour
- Intoxication
- Extreme nervousness or body dysmorphia, where the therapist believes the client is not ready
- Non-compliance with salon policies, pre-care, or aftercare advice


+ Cancelling or Rescheduling

  • Due to high demand and limited availability of appointments, if you have to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask you to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the planned appointment.  Failing to abide by the policy will result in a £50 cancellation fee and a lost booking fee.

  • Our salon is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one customer fails to show up without giving notice, they prevent another client from booking an appointment. This is why we have a no-show policy that imposes a fee valued at 20% of the entire cost of the missed service.


+ Lateness

  • We make an effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon and provide the most exquisite experience, and therefore, we ask our customers to be on time for their appointments.

  • If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible. The service may need to be adjusted to a shorter time frame, however, this will not create the best results and could be extremely uncomfortable as we will be cutting into your numbing time.

  • If you arrive at least 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your deposit will be lost.
